Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped from a Print On Demand (POD) location in Europe to the Netherlands.
- Average Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.
Delivery Costs:
- Caps, Hats, Bandanas: First item €3.99, additional items €1.25 each.
- Shirts: First item €4.25, additional items €1.25 each.
- Hoodies: First item €6.29, additional items €2.00 each.
Special Note: Under Armour® caps are shipped from a POD location in the US to the Netherlands and can take 11-14 business days. Delivery costs are €3.99 for the first item and €1.25 for each additional item.
Because each product is made only after you place an order, delivery takes a bit longer. However, this helps reduce waste and supports thoughtful purchasing. Thank you for being part of this positive change!
Return policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase at IamNAPAmsterdam. If you are not satisfied with your standard product, we are here to help. Refunds for our standard products are no problem. You have the right to inspect the contents upon receipt, but the product must be returned unused to us in Amsterdam within 14 days. Please ensure all original packaging, labels, etc., are included and, where possible, intact. Simply send us a message at iamnapamsterdam@gmail.com with your order number and the product you want to return. Please note that the shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. When returning an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts as proof of shipment. Unfortunately, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
