To measure your head size, use a non-stretchable measuring tape. Start by placing one end of the tape on your forehead. Wrap the tape around the back of your head, keeping it about 2.5 cm above your ears. Pinch the spot where the tape meets the other end, then lift the loop off your head and note the measurement in centimeters.
Try to be as accurate as possible to get the best fit.
